Long leads iQor’s Memphis logistics and product services center where they work with big name brands to reduce returns and repair products better than new.
iQor’s Senior Vice President of Operations and General Manager, Connie Long, was invited as a panelist at the Digital Transformation in Reverse Logistics seminar, hosted by the Reverse Logistics Association. She joins other industry leaders from FedEx, Dell, Everledger, and more.
Long will be speaking at the Service Strategies to Reduce Returns panel, where she will discuss iQor’s methods for reducing the number of connected home and wireless device returns. Strategies include designing for serviceability, offering integrated services, and maximizing automation and machine learning.
